About the race
The Homer Glen Run To Remember is a community 5K run and walk held in Homer Glen, Illinois on September 12, 2026. The event is presented by the Village of Homer Glen and is based at Homer Glen Village Hall / Heritage Park, 14240 West 151st Street.
Race proceeds support the 100 Club of Will County, a 501(c)(3) organization that provides economic support to surviving family members of firefighters, police officers, and emergency responders who made the ultimate sacrifice. The 100 Club of Will County has paid out nearly $500,000 since its inception.
Registration is open with published pricing tiers. Early registration is listed at $39.44 for the period through September 11, with a later price of $44.79 on September 12. Participants must be registered by August 24, 2026 to be guaranteed a shirt and size. Race day registration and packet pick up are available at the race site.
Awards are presented by gender in the following age divisions: 17 and under, 18 to 49, and 50 and over.
