The Hollybank Eccup 10 & 5 Mile Races are organised by Abbey Runners in Adel, Leeds. The event offers the following distances:

The race is held in collaboration with the Hollybank Trust and the organiser will donate proceeds to the Hollybank Trust and the club's nominated 2026 charity, The Hygiene Bank. Entrants may add an optional donation and may purchase a technical T-shirt for an additional £8. Entry fees range from £15.00 to £29.00 depending on distance and affiliation status. The event has an entry limit of 1,000 and shows remaining places. The race licence status is EA permit pending. The event is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Course, prizes and practical information
Both races are on road and the course is described as undulating. The 10 mile race runs on closed roads along country lanes around Eccup reservoir; the 5 mile follows a shortened version of the 10 mile route. The race is one lap. Facilities at Race HQ include water stations, distance markers, toilets and a baggage store; there are no changing facilities or showers. Race HQ and parking are at Bedquilts Recreation Ground, Adel Lane, Leeds LS16 8BX.
Prizes are offered for overall and age-category placings in both races, plus team prizes. There is a £100 prize for breaking either course record. The men’s course record is 51:18 (set 2011) and the women’s is 56:26 (set 2007). Numbers are collected from Race HQ at registration; joining instructions are sent by e-mail.
