About the race
Meanwood Holly Hustle is a forest trail race in Leeds, starting from The Meanwood Institute. The 10.5 km (6.5 miles) course climbs about 200 m (650 ft) and combines grass, rocky ground and muddy trails with narrow paths and some technical sections, including a marshalled private road crossing and scenic sections past the Seven Arches viaduct and Adel Crag. The route is described as fast and fun, with challenging uphills and rewarding downhills, and runners are advised to wear appropriate footwear due to mud.
The event includes water stations, bag storage, toilets, and complimentary soup at finish. Optional medal/tee and 'Trees Not Tees' donations available to reduce waste. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
