Hollis Fast 5K
The Hollis Fast 5K is held in Hollis, New Hampshire on June 11, 2026. The course is USATF certified and drops 224 feet from start to finish. The route begins at the Hollis-Brookline Middle School north entrance road, continues across Main Street into Monument Square, then descends south on Depot Road for about three miles to the finish at Morin's Landscaping parking lot near the junction of Depot Road and Route 111.
The course passes through apple orchards, corn fields and vegetable farms. It is noted for yielding fast times; Running Times listed this route as one of the top three fastest race courses in the USA. The Wall Street Journal has published an article about the race, and New England Runner named it Race of the Year for 2018.
Awards are given to top finishers in male and female age groups and to the top non binary finisher. Awards are distributed immediately following the race at Alpine Grove. Unclaimed awards may be collected at Fleet Feet Sports in Nashua for one week through Sunday June 21. A non timed team competition recognizes the team or group with the largest number of registered members; teams must be declared prior to race day. The event is open to ages 1 to 100.
