Holland Leprechaun Chase 5K
The Holland Leprechaun Chase is a community running event presented by Haworth Helps and held in Holland, Michigan at Centennial Park. The program includes a main 5K race and a short kids race. The event listing shows registration fees of $40 for the 5K and $15 for the kids race.
The 5K course runs through downtown and along the waterfront, passing the Scenic Window and Windmill Island Gardens, and returns to finish at Centennial Park at the 10th Street and Central Avenue intersection. Streets on the course are fully closed and barricaded, and the route is supported by local police and volunteers.
Timing for the 5K is provided by Epic Timing. Race participants receive a custom race shirt, a custom finisher medal, a race bib, and post race drinks and snacks. Finish line food includes donut holes provided by DeBoer’s Bakery. The kids race offers age based groups with a custom shirt, a finisher medal presented by National Heritage Academies, a bib, and treats at the finish.
Packet pickup is available at Gazelle on 8th Street on the Friday before the event and at The Curragh on race morning. Proceeds from the event support the Holland Educational Foundation. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
