Holiday Hustle 5K & 10K : Sacramento
The Holiday Hustle is a map-based adventure run held on Saturday, December 19, 2026, centered at Valley Oak Park Picnic Shelter, 2780 Mabry Dr., Sacramento, CA 95835. Teams of one to five people navigate neighborhood courses to locate decorated houses and answer simple multiple choice questions at checkpoints. The 5K course includes about 20 checkpoints and the 10K course includes about 36 checkpoints. After completing the course participants return to the finish area for snacks, drinks, and socializing.

Additional event details: The course map shows checkpoints as circles; teams go to the house at each circle and answer a question about the display to proceed. Gender divisions are Women, Men, and Mixed. Age divisions are Junior, Open, Masters (average age 40+), and Family. Registration is available online and day of the event. The event runs rain or shine and closed toed shoes are recommended. A full refund is offered for cancellations. Team members submit the same answer sheet with team and member names at the finish.
