2026 Hobbler Half Marathon - 5k - Kids Marathon
The Hobbler Half Marathon is a USATF Certified distance race featuring a downhill course through Hobble Creek Canyon. The event includes multiple distances to accommodate different participants:
- Half Marathon (13.1 Miles)
- 5k (3.1 Miles)
- Kids Marathon
The Half Marathon begins in the canyon and finishes at Spring Acres Arts Park in Springville, Utah. Due to the lack of parking at the start line, all Half Marathon participants must use the provided shuttle buses from the finish line area. The 5k route starts and ends directly at the Arts Park.
Support on the course includes six aid stations for the Half Marathon and one for the 5k, providing water and sports drinks. Energy gels are also available at the mile 6 station of the longer course. Pacers are present to assist runners in the Half Marathon. The event allows the use of strollers, provided they start at the back of the pack, and portable music devices are permitted.
The finish line area at Spring Acres Arts Park features a post-race celebration with a breakfast provided by Magleby's Fresh, fruit, and massage therapy. For children, the venue includes bounce houses and face painting. All finishers receive custom medals, and plaque awards are presented to the top three finishers in each age division.
