Ho Ho Hope in the Aftermath Run

Hope In The Aftermath Family Christmas Charity Run takes place in New Braunfels, Texas on November 28, 2026. The event is organized by the non-profit Hope In The Aftermath and raises funds to support parents and families who have experienced the loss of a child.
The event program includes the following race distances:
- 5K run open to all participants
- 0.5 mile kids run
- 5K virtual run option
Both the in-person runs are timed. Awards are given for the most festive costume for adults and children, and every child participant receives a race medal. All participants receive a race t-shirt and additional swag. Proceeds from the event directly support the charity’s work with bereaved families.
Additional onsite activities include Christmas carolers, photos with Santa, kids crafts, hot cocoa, Christmas cookies, food, and vendor booths offering various products and services.
