Goodwill Hippie Dash - Safety Harbor
The Goodwill Hippie Dash is a themed run and walk scheduled for May 9, 2026, at Downtown Safety Harbor's City Marina, 110 Veterans Memorial Lane. The event offers multiple timed and untimed options and takes place along the waterfront.
Event distances and formats include:
- 10K run
- 5K run
- 1 mile walk Woof and Roll dogs and strollers welcome
- Flower Child Fun Run for kids ages 10 and under
- Keep on Truckin' Challenge run the 10K and the 5K
- Run From Home virtual option
The 10K and 5K are chip timed on certified courses. Costume contests with prizes will recognize categories such as grown up Hippie, Flower Child, and Doggie. The event features 1960s era music, vintage Volkswagen vehicles on display, and a post race area with free munchies. Finishers receive themed medals and event merchandise.
