Hilliard Hustle 5k & Kids Sprint

The Hilliard Hustle 5k and Kids Sprint is an evening community running event presented by the Rocky River Recreation Department. It takes place on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at the Rocky River Recreation Center, 21016 Hilliard Boulevard, Rocky River, OH 44116. The event is part of the Rocky River Summer Nights series.

The event program includes family-oriented activities such as a pool party, a vendor show, fitness classes, and live music following the running events. Bibs and T-shirts for participants who signed up by the registration deadline are available for pickup at the Hamilton Ice Arena on race day. Registration by September 1, 2026 guarantees shirt size. Medals will be awarded to age group winners.

The course is described as newly improved, flat, and fast. The route starts in front of the Hamilton Ice Arena, makes a loop around City Hall Park, continues west on Hilliard Boulevard, turns onto Country Club Drive, follows a loop around Devin Hill Road and Country Club Boulevard, and returns east to finish at the City Hall Campus. Participants can use the nearby Spray Ground to cool off after crossing the finish line.
