Hill to Harbor 5K & 10K Road Race
The Hill to Harbor event is a road race held on May 17, 2026 at the Lynch/van Otterloo YMCA, 40 Leggs Hill Road, Marblehead, MA. The event offers both a 5K and a 10K race that start and finish at the YMCA facility.
The course passes through local streets and shoreline areas of Marblehead. The course is stroller friendly and allows well-behaved dogs. Free on-site parking is available at the Lynch/van Otterloo YMCA. Timing is provided by Bay State Race Services. Race results are posted at the finish line and emailed to participants after the event.
Awards include medals for 1st place male and female overall, age-group medals for the top three male and female finishers in standard age categories, and medals for top three non-binary and wheelchair finishers. Special prizes are awarded to the first place male and female Marblehead residents.
The event supports the Lynch/van Otterloo YMCA mission and fundraising levels are organized to collect donations for YMCA programs and financial assistance. Registration fees vary by category including adult, child, and wheelchair entries. Packet pick-up is available at the Lynch/van Otterloo YMCA before the race and on race day.
