Mustang Marathon (Hill Country Trivium)
The Mustang Marathon, also referred to as the Hill Country Trivium, is a series of road races held in Marble Falls, Texas. The event features several distances on paved surfaces, utilizing an out and back course design on country roads. Participants navigate a route characterized by rolling hills and significant climbs throughout the local landscape.
The start and finish lines for all distances are located at the Mustang Stadium at Marble Falls High School. The course provides views of the surrounding Hill Country area. Upon completing their respective distances, participants receive a piece of pie from the Bluebonnet Cafe.
Available race distances include:
- 50k
- 26.2 miles (Marathon)
- 13.1 miles (Half Marathon)
- 10k
- 5k
- 1 mile Youth Run for ages 12 and under
The Youth Run covers approximately one mile, and parents are permitted to run alongside their children. Participants in the youth category receive a finisher's medal. While specific event swag is provided to all racers, event shirts are only guaranteed for those who register by the mid-October deadline.
