HIIT4FIT Reps for Remission Breast Cancer Awareness
This event takes place in Midland, TX on October 10, 2026 at 201 South C Street. All proceeds will be donated to Gift of Hope Foundation, Midland TX.
The event uses a Reps for Remission workout format. The listed station sequence includes 500 run before each; 500 Ski erg; 25 meter sled push; 25 meter sled pull; 40 meter burpee broad jump; 500 row; 100 farmer carry; 50 meter sandbag lunges; and 50 wall balls.
Entry options include Individual and Doubles. Doubles entries must both register for the same heat and provide their teammate name during registration. The event is open to participants aged 14 and up. A T shirt is included with entry and sizes are distributed on a first come first served basis.
