About the race
The High Weald Challenge is a scenic outdoor event held at Stonegate Village Hall in the picturesque countryside around Burwash and Robertsbridge, UK. Participants can choose from three new routes of 30, 22, or 16 miles, all starting and finishing at Stonegate. The courses feature beautiful rural landscapes, with checkpoints in Robertsbridge and Bodiam, including a visit to Bodiam Castle on the longest route.
The event offers indoor checkpoints with refreshments and hot food at the finish. It is well supported with facilities, accessible by train, and encourages participants to carry their own mugs.
