High Hope Endurance Run
The High Hope Endurance Run takes place over Memorial Day Weekend, May 22–25, 2026, at High Hope Ranch and Retreat Center in Glen Rose, Texas. High Hope Ranch is a 1,000 acre eco-retreat on the northern edge of the Texas Hill Country dedicated to wildlife habitat protection and biodynamic agriculture; it borders Fossil Rim Wildlife Center.
The event offers multiple trail distances:
- 200K
- 100K
- 50K
- 25K
- 10K
- 5K
All distances except the 200K are offered on both weekend race days; the 200K is offered on a single day. The courses run on classic Hill Country trail terrain with well marked routes and around the clock aid stations.
Race logistics noted by the organizer include included parking with registration, on-site tent camping and boondocking with no hook ups, and an overnight camping fee of $10 per person with a maximum of six people per site payable at the gate. The event is designated enviro-friendly and requests participants bring their own bottles. Pets are not allowed. The organizer states the event proceeds rain or shine and that courses or the event may be altered, delayed, or canceled for safety reasons.
All participants receive an official race shirt and a finisher medal. Finisher buckles are awarded for the 100K and 200K. No place finisher awards are offered. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
