HIGH FIVE 5K : August 23, 2026
The HIGH FIVE 5K is a free monthly sunrise community run, walk, and jog held in Surrey. The August 2026 edition takes place at Elgin Heritage Park. The series uses parks across Surrey, Delta, and Langley and is presented as a community activity rather than a timed race.
There is no registration fee and participation is free with voluntary donations only. Every participant receives a medal at the start line. A brief group warm-up of about five minutes precedes the activity. Participants follow a 5 km loop and proceed at their own pace. After the loop there are refreshments and an opportunity for community connection.
