Gruesome Twosome 22K, 11K, 5K & 1K
Hosted by Run Like A Girl Adventures Inc. in support of BabyGoRound, this event takes place at Aldergrove Regional Park, 27240 8 Ave, Aldergrove, BC, Canada on August 22, 2026. The field is capped at 280 participants.
Distances offered:
- 22 km double loop following the 11 km course.
- 11 km mix of flat wide trails and undulating hills.
- 5 km mainly flat packed trails with a few short hills.
- 1 km fun run on non technical park paths.
Registration includes a finisher medal, event bib, a CA$5.00 donation to BabyGoRound and finish line food. New for 2026 each registration includes a smoothie or smoothie bowl from Stormy's Smoothie Truck. Aid stations are placed on each course and are stocked with water, snacks and medical supplies.
Strollers are welcome on specified distances; trail capable strollers are recommended for hilly sections. Virtual entries are available for 22 km, 11 km and 5 km and include a mailed event package. Timing is managed via a timing app rather than chip timing. The event publicly supports fundraising for BabyGoRound and accepts donated baby gear and supplies at the venue.
