Run Like A Girl Adventures Inc. hosts the Gruesome Twosome at Aldergrove Regional Park in Aldergrove, British Columbia on August 22, 2026. The event supports BabyGoRound through a mandatory donation included with registration and by hosting a donation drop off at the event.

The park features rolling meadows, mixed forest and wide hard packed dirt and gravel trails. The 5K follows mainly flat trails with a few short hills. The 11K follows mixed flat and undulating trails. The 22K consists of two laps of the 11K course. Several aid stations are provided on the longer distances and are stocked with water, snacks and basic medical supplies.
Registration options include partner and individual entries and a virtual entry option where the event package is mailed before the event. All participants receive a finisher medal, an event bib and finish line food. The event is cupless and aid stations use reusable service methods; participants are asked to bring their own cup or bottle. Strollers are welcome with guidance that running strollers are recommended on the hillier routes. The field is limited to 280 participants for 2026.
