Gruesome Twosome 22K

The Gruesome Twosome is an annual trail running event held at Aldergrove Regional Park in Aldergrove, BC, Canada. The 6th edition offers distances of 22K, 11K, 5K, and a 1K fun run, welcoming solo runners and partners, including those with strollers. The course features wide, hard-packed dirt and gravel trails through forests, meadows, and wetlands, with scenic views of mountain ranges and Mount Baker.
