Hertfordshire Half Marathon & 10K - 1 November 2026
The Hertfordshire Half Marathon & 10K takes place in Old Knebworth, set in the Hertfordshire countryside on 1 November 2026. The event is organised by RunThrough and lists Garden House Hospice Care as its Charity of the Year.

- Half Marathon - 21.1m; elevation 218 m; road, undulating; 3 hour cut-off
- 10K - elevation 92 m; road, undulating; 1.5 hour cut-off
Both courses are described as scenic road routes with undulating terrain. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and marshals guide runners along clearly marked routes. Results are chip timed.
Entries include a unique themed medal, post-race goodies and free race photos. There is an event village with food and drink options and free partner goodies at the finish. A discounted event t-shirt is available to purchase as part of the entry.
Garden House Hospice Care provides free specialist palliative care for patients, families and carers facing life-limiting illnesses across North Hertfordshire, Stevenage and towns and villages in Central Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
