Heroes On The Water 5K
The Heroes On The Water 5K is the seventh annual 5K run and walk held on April 12, 2026 at Riverbend Park in Jupiter, Florida. The course follows a flat, hardpacked surface through the park scenery.
All participants receive a performance race shirt with an optional long sleeve upgrade for an additional fee, a custom finisher medal and a swag bag. Light snacks and drinks are available before and after the event, and there is one water station on course which participants pass twice. Chip timing is provided by Southern Timing, LLC with RFID timing, live results and preliminary results kiosks. A Start and Finish Line video captures a short clip of each runner crossing the line.
Event medics will be on site and a course marshal will patrol the course. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three male and female finishers in each age group, including 10 and under, 11 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, 70 to 79 and 80 plus. Proceeds from the race benefit the Treasure Coast Heroes On The Water Chapter. The event is hosted by the Southern Timing Foundation, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) organization.
