Event details
The Heroes On The Water 5K is set for April 12, 2026, at Riverbend Park, 9060 W Indiantown Rd, Jupiter, FL 33478. This is the 7th annual run/walk and proceeds will benefit the Treasure Coast Heroes On The Water Chapter. The race is hosted by the Southern Timing Foundation, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) organization. Entry price is $35, with a reduced price of $25 for ages 0–17; first responders and active or retired military are eligible for a $15 discount. The registration price increases after January 1, 2026.
Race features
The course runs on a flat, hardpacked surface through Riverbend Park. There is one water station on course that participants pass twice. Southern Timing, LLC will provide RFID chip timing with live results and preliminary results kiosks. A Start/Finish Line video will capture a 20-second clip of each finisher.
All participants receive a short-sleeve performance shirt (option to upgrade to a long sleeve for an additional $10), a custom finisher medal, a swag bag, and post-race food. Event medics will be on site and a course marshal will patrol the route.
Awards
Awards are given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers and the top 3 male and female in each age group: 10 & Under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80+. There will be no double-dipping in awards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
