The U.S. Polo Assn. Palm Beaches Marathon is a two-day race weekend in West Palm Beach, Florida on December 13-14, 2025. Races start and finish near the Meyer Amphitheatre on Flagler Drive by 104 Datura Street. The marathon course runs through downtown and historic neighborhoods, along palm-lined Flagler Drive past Manatee Lagoon, museums and parks, and features shaded city streets and waterfront views. The marathon course is USATF certified and listed as a Boston Qualifier; organizers describe it as flat.

The Marathon Relay is run by teams of four and follows the marathon course. Relay leg distances are listed as 7.9 miles, 4.9 miles, 8.3 miles, and 5.1 miles with one exchange point within walking distance of the start/finish area. The half marathon is described as walker friendly with course support. There are also double-event entries and virtual options for marathon, half marathon, 10K and 5K.
Packet pickup for the marathon, half marathon and relay is at the Health and Wellness Expo on Friday (noon-6:00 PM) and Saturday (10:00 AM-6:00 PM).
