Event Overview
The Heroes for Hope 5K & Fun Run is a fundraising event taking place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the Maryville Greenbelt Amphitheater. All proceeds benefit the New Hope Children's Advocacy Center, which supports abused or traumatized children and their families in Blount County.

The event offers several participation options:

- Sleeping But Supporting - Sponsor a Child’s Race Entry
Packet pick-up is scheduled for Friday, April 24, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Maryville Greenbelt Pavilion. Race day check-in is available from 7:30 AM to 8:15 AM at the pavilion. Public parking is located between Broadway & Church Street, across from Dandy Lions Gifts, and in a parking garage between Harper & Broadway.
Participants who register by April 10 and select a t-shirt option are guaranteed a shirt, available at packet pick-up and on race day. Registrations after April 11 do not guarantee a shirt.
The in-person 5K begins and ends at the Maryville Greenbelt Amphitheater. The course is certified, and due to narrow sections, there will be a staggered start. Results are based on chip time and will be posted after the race. Age group winners are announced at the end of the event. The event is held rain or shine, and refunds are not offered.
