Heroes 4 Hearing 5K
The HearAid Foundation presents the 6th Annual Heroes 4 Hearing fundraiser in Long Beach, California. The event takes place at Shoreline Aquatic Park, situated adjacent to the local aquarium. Participants follow a course along the marina and waterfront, providing views of the sea and natural landscapes.
The event offers several participation options:
- 5k: A running race along the Long Beach waterfront.
- Kids Dash: A short distance run (1k) designed for younger participants.
- Virtual 5K: A remote option for those unable to attend in person.
The course has a set time limit of 1 hour and 45 minutes for all participants. The venue includes a water station on the course providing water and electrolyte beverages. A gear check service is available for participants to store personal items with staff during the race.
The event is open to participants of all ages and abilities, including experienced runners, casual joggers, and walkers. Strollers are permitted on the course.
