Herefordshire Duathlon 2026
The Herefordshire Duathlon is a run-bike-run event organised by Hereford Triathlon Club and based at Leominster Leisure Centre. The course includes town running around Leominster, an undulating road bike section through the Herefordshire countryside toward Bromyard, and a final run loop finishing at the school connected with the venue. The event is held under the guidance of British Triathlon and with permission from Herefordshire Council, West Mercia Police, Halo Leisure and Earl Mortimer College.
Competitors start in waves of five athletes arranged in no particular order. The event features chip timing, marshals, a well marked route, and vocal roadside support. Total entry places are limited to 50 and entries close on May 30, 2026. There are no entries on the day.
Organisers state that refunds will be made where possible if the race is cancelled due to pandemic or extreme weather, but full refunds cannot be guaranteed because of potential non-refundable costs. Competitors may not sell or transfer entries; organisers can arrange a transfer on behalf of an entrant if contacted by the specified deadline. Race Pass requirements apply for participants who are not British Triathlon Home Nation members, with Race Pass fees shown for different age groups.
