Herefordshire Duathlon - Leominster Leisure Centre
Scheduled for 7 June 2026, this duathlon takes place at Leominster Leisure Centre as part of the HTC Multi-sport Festival. The event is held under the guidance of British Triathlon and with permissions from Herefordshire Council, West Mercia Police, Halo Leisure and Earl Mortimer College. Competitors must follow rules and guidance issued in advance.
The course runs through Herefordshire countryside with marshals, a well-marked route, chip timing and vocal roadside support. The race is organised by Hereford Triathlon Club and surplus funds are used to support the club’s activities.
Distances and format include:
- 3 mile town loop run around Leominster via historic sites, finishing at the school.
- 11-12 mile undulating bike course towards Bromyard on the A44 with a turnaround then downhill.
- Final run another loop back to the school and finish.
Entries close on 30 May 2026 and there are a total of 50 places. There are no entries on the day. If the event is cancelled due to pandemic or extreme weather, organisers will attempt to refund as much of the entry fee as possible but cannot guarantee full refunds. Competitors may not sell or transfer entries; transfers can be arranged by the organisers if requested by email by 30 May 2026. A British Triathlon Race Pass is required for non Home Nation members.
