Her Majesty's Royal Races 2027
Her Majesty's Royal Races 2027 takes place at the HMCS Haida National Historic Site, 658 Catharine St N, Hamilton, ON. The event offers both in-person and virtual options and includes multiple distances.

The 5K and 10K are chipped timed and trophies will be awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers in those distances. The 1K is not chip timed. Finishers receive a medal available in several colours including Burgundy, Navy Blue, Rich Maroon and black. For 5K and 10K participants there is a choice of a fascinator, a top hat or a corgi dog, and the first 150 registrants may choose a purse. Virtual participants receive a finisher medal and may choose the same apparel item; shipping of virtual kits is extra. The virtual race can be completed between April 1 and April 30, 2027, and virtual results can be submitted via the ASICS Runkeeper app or the event results page; posted virtual finishers receive a certificate.
The event raises funds for the Army Cadet League in support of the RHLI Cadets and collects non perishable food for Hamilton Food Share. Tours of HMCS Haida are offered to participants in limited groups, include access to the ship bridge via ladders, and require pre registration.
