Heber Valley Main-to-Main 5K and 10K
The Heber Valley Main-to-Main is an annual running event held in Heber City, Utah, coinciding with the city's July 4th festivities. The event offers two road race distances:
- 3.1 Km (5K)
- 6.2 Km (10K)
Both routes begin at Heber City Park. The 6.2 Km course leads participants through the streets of neighboring Midway before returning to the start location. The course features a gentle downhill section for approximately two miles, followed by a corresponding uphill section on the return leg. One support station is positioned along the route to assist participants twice.
Registration must be completed in advance, as there is no registration available on the morning of the event. The final deadline for entry is July 3 at midnight, provided the event has not reached capacity. Registered participants receive a race packet, a T-shirt, and a medal. Participants who enter as a team are eligible for a local prize awarded for the best costumes.
Packet pickup takes place at the Heber Valley Chamber Office on July 2 and 3. While morning pickup is available at Heber City Park on the day of the race, it requires an additional fee. The event is open to participants with strollers, but pets are not permitted on the course. The finish line coincides with a local city festival.
