Purpose and awards
Proceeds will support Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church’s missions group and related efforts, including the Cleveland County Rescue Mission, local relief efforts near Asheville after Hurricane Helene, Guatemala missions (including a school, an orphanage for abandoned disabled children, and a rest home), and a Christmas outreach program that provides items for vetted under‑privileged children. The event will present unique handmade awards. Award structure includes top three male and female overall and age-group awards for 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and over.
