About the race
The Heartland Hustle is a disco themed community running event held in Sevierville on November 7, 2026. It raises funds for Heartland Services, a nonprofit that provides safe housing, nutritious food, professional training, rehabilitation services, resources, and support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The event includes an in-person race day at Sevierville Municipal Complex and a virtual option. Race day features food trucks, a disco dance floor, race shirts for all registered participants, and a T-shirt design contest. Participants who register by October 23 are guaranteed a shirt size. The final 5K route will be located in downtown Sevierville and is still being finalized.
Event amenities and logistics stated by the organizer include portable restrooms near the start and finish area, one water stop near the 5K turnaround, and plenty of parking throughout downtown Sevierville. Awards will be presented to the top three overall male and top three overall female finishers, plus the top finisher in each age group in 10 year increments.
