Heart & Sole 5k Run/Walk
The Heart & Sole 5k Run/Walk is a 5 km running and walking event. It takes place on February 14, 2026, at the Zapata County Fairgrounds on 405 W. 23rd Ave in Zapata, Texas.
The entry fee increases over three registration periods:
- January 5 to 11: $20
- January 12 to February 13: $25
- February 14 (race day): $30
Same-day registration is available. Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age category, with additional trophies for overall winners and various masters age groups.
Participants who register by February 1 are guaranteed an event shirt in their requested size. After this date, shirt availability and size are not guaranteed. Age categories are separated for male and female participants and range from 10 and under to 70 and over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
