Event details
The Heart & Sole 5k takes place on Saturday, February 21, 2026, in Concord, NC (4001 Stough Rd., Concord, NC 28027). The event includes two entry options:
- 5k
- Fun Run / Mile Walk
Entry fees listed are $25 for the 5k and $10 for the Fun Run/Mile Walk. The price increases after February 12, 2026. Registering by February 12 guarantees a race shirt and size.
Logistics and awards
Packet pickup is scheduled for Friday, February 20, 2026, at the Frank Liske Park office. Race day registration is available at the Frank Liske Park Barn. Participants receive a t-shirt, a Valentine gift bag, and a custom event bib. Snacks and drinks are provided after the event. Attendees are asked to bring slightly used running shoes for donation to Soles 4 Souls.
Overall awards will be given for top overall, masters, and grand masters by gender. Individual awards will be given to the top three finishers in multiple age groups for male and female participants, including age brackets from 10 & under through 75 & over.
