Heart of Wales Line (HOWL) Trail

The Heart of Wales Line (HOWL) Trail is a trail running event that follows the Heart of Wales Trail between Llandrindod Wells and Craven Arms. The trail opened in spring 2019 and runs across Shropshire, Powys, Carmarthenshire, Brecon Beacons National Park, and the City and County of Swansea.

The route is waymarked using roundels, finger posts and signs that carry a viaduct logo. For the inaugural running of this race there are three distance options available to entrants.
