Course, logistics and policies
Courses follow the paved beach path and are open to other pedestrians and beachgoers; participants are asked to stay on the pedestrian side. Courses are marked and include water stations and restrooms; two water stations are noted on course. Events are manually gun-timed. The course time limit is 3 hours and 25 minutes. Strollers and children are permitted; children running must be registered, children in a stroller do not need separate registration. Headphones and hydration packs are allowed with volume and safety considerations. Refunds are not offered except through race insurance; transfers to other CaliFlow Runs are permitted.
