Courses and race-day services
Courses run on pedestrian-friendly, car-free paths along the Long Beach shoreline and are fully marked. The 5K and 10K share a route that reaches a pink flag at mile 1.55; the 5K turns there and returns to the start/finish while the 10K completes two loops of the 5K course. Turn points are marked with a "5K / 10K Turn" sign and a 7-foot pink flag.
The half marathon is three identical out-and-back loops for a total of 13.10 miles, with a yellow turnaround flag at 2.19 miles and a water station at that turnaround. On-course water stations are located at the half marathon turnaround, at Belmont Pier, and at the CaliFlow Runs tent near the start/finish. Free street parking is available and metered parking is $2 per hour; restrooms are near the start area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
