Healing In Motion LA: Glow & Grow 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run takes place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Cate Square Park, 200 West Charles Street, Hammond, LA 70401. The event includes a timed 5K run/walk and a 1-Mile Fun Run. The event honors those impacted by domestic violence and benefits the Louisiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence (LCADV) and the Southeast Advocate for Family Empowerment (SAFE). The program includes an after-race glow party and on-site wellness and support vendors.

Registration, awards and race day
Registration fees are set as: Early Bird $20 (site launch to October 15), General $35 (October 16 to November 14), and Race Day $40 (November 15). Shirts are not guaranteed for registrations after November 1. Race day packet pick up and check-in occur at Cate Street Square; packets include a race bib, a custom Glow & Grow shirt, glow accessories, and local resources. Awards for the 5K include Top Overall Male and Female plus 1st-3rd in each age group. The 1 Mile awards recognize Top Overall Male and Female for ages 14 and under.
