Haunted Hustle - Oakville
The Haunted Hustle is a Halloween themed run taking place at Bronte Creek Provincial Park on October 25, 2026. The event offers running and walking options and uses proceeds to support Gore Park Community Outreach, with a fundraising goal of $40,000 to assist programs that address hunger and food insecurity.

Family-focused activities are part of the event, including face painting, a bounce castle, pumpkin decorating, hot dogs and a Haunted Hut for children aged 5 to 12. The park setting includes a Play Barn, livestock pens, nature trails, a leash-free dog park, frisbee golf and several playgrounds. Dogs are welcome.
Medals are awarded to all 1K, 5K and 10K participants who run or walk. Prizes are given to top finishers by age bracket and gender for the 5K and 10K, with additional awards for fastest times in full costume across adult and youth categories and a $200 prize for best team costume. Teams of five or more receive a 20% registration discount available until September 30, 2026.
To remain in the park on event day a vehicle entry permit is required at a rate of $21 per car; walking or cycling into the park has no per person charge and quick drop-off or pick-up is free.
