2027 Chilly Half Marathon : Burlington, ON
The Chilly Half Marathon is a certified half marathon held in Burlington, Ontario, with the course certification number ON-2013-092-BDC and an official distance of 21.0975 km. The route follows downtown Burlington and the waterfront and is described by the organiser as fast and flat. The course will be open for 3 hours and 30 minutes, so participants must complete the distance within that time.
The event is offered in two formats: an in person race and a virtual race. Virtual entries can be completed during a defined submission window and use a running app for tracking; virtual participants receive a finisher's shirt and medal and may have their race kit mailed or picked up. The in person entry includes a long sleeve technical running shirt and medal options, including a spinner medal.
Race kit pickup is scheduled at two running store locations: Kingsway Running Room, 3065 Bloor St W, Etobicoke, on February 17–20, 2027, and Burlington Running Room, 3300 Fairview St, Burlington, on February 27, 2027. Baggage check is inside the Burlington Arts Performing Centre with a small donation requested. Public weekend parking is available at nearby lots including Caroline St Lot #8 and Locust Lot #7. Shuttle service and multiple pickup points are provided for participants and volunteers. Water stations are located at Guelph Line, Walkers Line, Appleby Line and Burloak Drive and serve water only.
