Hastings Seafront 10k
The Hastings Seafront 10k takes place on a flat course located along the seafront in Hastings, East Sussex. The route is designed to be level throughout, following the coastline for a single 10 km distance. The race starts and finishes near the Beach Retreat, located adjacent to the Hastings and St. Leonards Angling Association on Marine Parade.
The event provides digital timing chips and race numbers, which participants collect during the registration period on the morning of the event. Onsite facilities at the race headquarters include bag storage, toilets, and refreshments. The course is managed with directional signage and marshals positioned along the route to assist participants.
Awards are presented to the first, second, and third place finishers in both male and female categories, as well as to winners in specific age groups and the top performing team. Every participant who completes the course receives a medal. Participants may use bone-conduction headphones during the run, though in-ear and over-ear headphones are restricted. Parking is available onsite at the venue. Online registration closes on the Thursday prior to the event, with an option for entries on the day of the race if capacity allows.
