About the race
The Hastings Harvest Run in Lexington, Massachusetts is a community running event held on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at Hastings Park Gazebo near the corner of Massachusetts Ave and Worthern Road. The event supports the Maria Hastings Elementary PTO.
