Harvest Moon Run 5K-8K : Martinsville / Axton, VA
The Harvest Moon Run 5K-8K is a community running event scheduled for Friday, September 25, 2026. The event moves to the Monogram Sports Complex at 1000 Irisburg Road in Axton. Race features include live music, post-race beer, an on-course aid station, and race swag. Awards are given to the overall top three male and female finishers and in age groups for 14 and under then five year increments. Packet pickup is available at the YMCA on Friday, September 25 from 12:00 to 4:00 and at the race site from 5:00 to 6:00.
Pricing is tiered by date. For the 5K the listed fees are $30 until August 21, $35 August 22 to September 22, and $40 September 23 to September 25 with no online registration during the last period. The 8K is priced at $35 until August 21, $40 August 22 to September 22, and $45 September 23 to September 25. Shirt sizes range from youth small to adult 2XL.
