Valentine Day 5K/14K

The Valentine Day 5K/14K is scheduled for February 2026 in Danville, Virginia. The event starts and finishes at Angler's Park, located at 350 Northside Drive, Danville, VA 24540. There are no entry fees; the event is a fundraiser for the Dan River High School Cross Country Team and donations are requested. The courses are accurately measured and the event will be timed. Course details

The 5K begins at the same location used by the Justice Run, follows the Riverwalk, then turns right onto a newer trail section to Stinson, continues down Northside, and finishes on the Rugby Field loop at Angler's Park. The 14K is an out-and-back route that follows the Riverwalk Trail to an area near Biscuitville before returning to the start/finish at Angler's Park.
