Harrogate District Summer Race League 2026
The Harrogate District Summer Race League is a series of five licensed races held at various locations in the Harrogate district. Each race is a multi-terrain event of approximately 5 to 6 miles run as a single lap. The series has an overall entry limit of 800 places; 357 places remained at the time of listing.
Entry is restricted to EA affiliated members of participating clubs; guest runners are not permitted. There is a single entry fee of £20 which covers all five races. Pre-entry is essential and entry on the night is not available. If an entrant registers more than seven days before the first race their bib will be personalised with their first name.
Bib numbers include timing chips and must be retained for the whole series. Numbers allocated to each club will be given to the club representative on the night of the first race for distribution. Anyone running without a number will not be recorded by the timing system and will not appear in the results. A replacement number for a lost or forgotten bib carries a charge of £4.
Entrants under 18 on the date of their first race must provide contact details for a responsible person who will accept responsibility for their wellbeing while attending races in the series. The course is not suitable for wheelchairs. Some basic facilities are limited: toilets are listed, but there is no water, no distance markers, no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage storage. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
