Harrogate District Summer Race League 2026
The Harrogate District Summer Race League is a five-race series held at various locations in the Harrogate district. Entry is restricted to members of clubs participating in the League; guest runners are not permitted. There is a single entry fee of £20 which covers all five races. Pre-entry is essential and entry on the night is not available. If an entrant registers more than seven days before the first race their bib number will be personalised with their first name. There is no reduction in the entry fee for late entries.
The course for this event is listed as multi terrain with a distance of 5 to 6 Miles and a one-lap format. All races will be licensed. The series is not suitable for wheelchairs. The event has an overall entry limit of 800 places and currently shows 504 places remaining. Bib numbers include timing chips and must be retained for the whole series; anyone running without a number will not be recorded by the timing system and will not appear in the results. A replacement bib is charged at £4. Numbers allocated to each club will be given to the club representative at the first race for distribution. Venue and directions will be posted prior to each race.
Competitors under 18 on the date of the first race they enter must provide details of a person who will accept responsibility for their wellbeing while attending races in the series; these details must also be given to the club.
