Harrogate District Summer Race League 2026
The Harrogate District Summer Race League (HDSRL) is a five-race series held at various locations in the Harrogate district. Each race covers a distance of 5 to 6 Miles on multi-terrain courses run over laps. All races will be licensed and are not suitable for wheelchairs. Entry is limited to 800 competitors for the series.
Entry is restricted to England Athletics affiliated first or second claim members of participating clubs. A single entry fee of £20.00 covers all five races; there is no reduction for late joining. Pre-entry is essential and entry on the night is not available. If an entrant registers more than seven days before the first race their bib may be personalised with their first name.
Bib numbers include timing chips and must be retained for the whole series. Anyone running without a number will not be recorded by the timing system and will not appear in the results. Clubs receive numbers for distribution at the first race. A replacement bib will be charged at £4.
Facilities at race venues are limited: toilets are provided but there are no water stations, no distance markers, no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage store. Race HQ details and venue directions will be posted on the HDSRL website prior to each race.
Under 18 entrants must provide contact details of a responsible person to the club who will accept responsibility for their wellbeing while attending races. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
