Rush Around the Rhubarb - Senior Race
The Rush Around the Rhubarb Senior Race is scheduled for Wednesday 3 June 2026 with registration at Pudsey Civic Hall (Dawsons Corner, Stanningley, Pudsey LS28 5TA). The event is run under an England Athletics event licence (No 31041).
Race distances are:
- Senior race - 6 km
- Under 15s - 3.5 km
- Under 11s - 2.5 km
Minimum age for entry is seven. Entry limits are set at 150 for the senior race and 75 for the junior races; organisers cannot exceed these limits. Entry fees are listed as Seniors £6 (£8 unaffiliated) and Juniors £4 (£6 unaffiliated). An entry fee of £8 is also shown with an England Athletics discount applied after entering an EA number.
The course is flagged and marshalled. The use of headphones or similar devices is not permitted unless medically prescribed. Runners must compete under their own name and wear their own race number; race number transfers are not allowed. Failure to follow event terms or marshal instructions may result in disqualification.
All runners receive chocolate or sweets and there are winners’ prizes. Prize categories for both male and female competitors include top three overall in Under 11s and Under 15s, and multiple senior age categories. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
