Harmony Silvester - 20th Anniversary Celebration
Harmony Silvester is a family-focused New Year’s Eve event in Historic Harmony that honors German heritage by celebrating Silvester on German time, including a ball-drop, fireworks and the singing of Auld Lang Syne. The event includes races, vendors, a Christmas tree and wreath toss, and community fundraising.

- 8 yards Diaper Dash on padded mats
Logistics note: day-of registration and packet pickup are held at Grace Church Gymnasium at 538 Main Street, Harmony, PA. Early packet pickup is available on December 30 at the gym. Changing facilities are available in the gym; the gym will close so volunteers can attend the countdown.
Course descriptions: the 5K is an out-and-back that begins and ends near the Harmony Museum parking lot, with a slight downhill early, one large hill, a flat stretch parallel to the Connoquenessing Creek, and a slightly uphill final half mile. The 1 Mile is a flat loop through town starting on Wood Street across from the Harmony Inn. The Diaper Dash takes place on padded mats inside the gymnasium.
Awards and other details: 5K awards include Top 3 Male & Female Overall and Top 3 Male & Female in age groups from 10 & under through 80+. 1 Mile and Toddler Dash participants receive finisher medals; parents may run free with children under age 5. No refunds; proceeds benefit Harmony parks, trail, canoe launch, summer concerts, Color Run and Silvester events.
