Harling 10k

The Harling 10k is an annual running event organized by Harling Athletics Club in East Harling. The race takes place on a mixed terrain course, with 70% on tarmac roads and 30% off-road through Harling Woods. Participants must be at least 16 years old to join.

Medals are presented to all finishers, and trophies are awarded to top male and female finishers in various age categories. Parking is available at Harling memorial field, close to the registration and start/finish line. The event offers a friendly atmosphere and post-race treats like cake.
