Happy Steps 5K

Happy Steps 5K is a beach run and walk taking place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, on Sullivan's Island at 1452 Poe Ave, SC 29482. The event offers a single distance of 5K and is organized to support Childhood Cancer Awareness Month by raising funds for Camp Happy Days, a nonprofit serving children affected by cancer.

An afterparty at The Island Club follows the on-course activity and includes food, drinks, music, games, and raffles. The event welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels. Every participant will receive an official race time after the event.
