Happy Days 5K : Elmcrest Park, Ramsey, MN : September 12, 2026
The Happy Days 5K and Youth Fun Run take place at Elmcrest Park in Ramsey, Minnesota on September 12, 2026. The event is part of the larger Happy Days festival and is intended to start the day with community activity and family-friendly events.
Distances:
- 5K: USATF certified mixed park and residential course with a few gentle hills
- Youth Fun Run: approximately 100 feet for the younger group, 175 feet for the older group
The Youth Fun Run is for children ages 9 and under and uses the same finish line as the 5K; it is scheduled to occur after all 5K runners have finished. Awards are given to the top male and female overall and to the top male and female in each age group. Age group categories are 18 and under, 19 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, 60 to 69, and 70 and above.
Registration fees vary by date. Early registration includes a shirt; late registration may not guarantee a shirt. The Youth Fun Run fee is shown separately. Packet pick up and race day registration are available. After the run, participants can join festival activities at the main festival site in the COR across from City Hall on Sunwood Drive NW where the parade, expo, food trucks, kids activities, live music, and fireworks take place.
