Event Overview
The Couple Shuffle - St. Paul is a Valentine-themed running event taking place on February 7, 2026, at Snail Lake Regional Park Grass Lake Nature Preserve in Shoreview, Minnesota.
Race Distances
Participants can choose from several race options:
- 1-Mile (untimed event)
- 5k
- 10k
- 15k
- Kid's Dash (for children aged 10 and under, untimed)
- Virtual option (run anytime, anywhere)
A "Volunteer then Run" option is also available. The event includes a Kid's Dash that starts at 8:55 AM. The national anthem and main race start follows at 9:00 AM.
Participant Experience
Every registration includes a designer shirt, a custom finisher medal, and chip timing with live results. Free snacks are provided at the finish line, and free photos are taken. The 5k, 10k, and 15k registrations include a custom bib. The 1-Mile and Kid's Dash are untimed events and do not qualify for age group awards. Youth-based pricing is offered for the 5k and 10k distances for participants 12 and under.
Packet pickup is available on race day starting an hour and a half before the race start. Virtual participants will have their packets shipped after the event. The event has a no-refund policy; if participants cannot attend, they can transfer to the virtual option to receive their race packet.
Awards
Awards are given for the 5k, 10k, and 15k distances. Categories include Male and Female Overall, Male and Female Masters (40+), and top three Male and Female finishers in standard age groups from 10 & Under to 80+. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
