Hanover Firecracker Run/Walk
The Hanover Firecracker Run/Walk takes place in Hanover, MI, with events that start and finish on Main Street at 104 Main St. The program includes a USATF certified course for the 5 mile run and a 5K walk run as an out and back course. A free kids run of approximately 3/4 K is offered for children ages 1 to 12, with awards for all kids 12 and younger.

The event uses chip timing provided by the Michigan Running Foundation and posts live results. Awards are given for overall, Masters 40 plus and Senior Masters 60 plus in male and female categories. Top five finishers receive awards in each age division. Run age divisions range from 12 and under up to 75 plus. Walk divisions range from 0 to 19 up to 70 plus.
A tech T shirt is available while supplies last; only 200 shirts will be printed and afterward the no shirt price applies. Registration and packet pickup occur the day before at 104 Main St and on the event day at the same address. Dogs are not permitted except for service dogs.
