Hannibal Cannibal
The Hannibal Cannibal is an annual running and walking event held in Hannibal, Missouri. The 31st edition takes place on July 4, 2026 and includes multiple distance options for participants.

Registration is available online and in person at the race offices located at 175 Shinn Lane in Hannibal. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Registration fee levels and dates are: early registration through June 22, 2026 for $30; late registration June 23 through July 1, 2026 for $35; and registration from July 2 through race day for $40.
Packet pickup is handled at the Hannibal Regional Foundation at 175 Shinn Lane with multiple pickup windows in June and early July. Participants are asked to allow a minimum of two days after registering before collecting a packet. On race day the start is located at 401 N. Main Street in Hannibal.
All proceeds from the event benefit the Hannibal Regional Foundation. Funds support local cancer care initiatives and related facility projects. The Legacy of Hope campaign includes a goal of $12,500,000 with plans to assist purchasing a new linear accelerator, making upgrades at the Cary Cancer Center, and supporting construction of a new cancer center in Kirksville to provide radiation oncology.
