Hampstead Turkey Trot
The Hampstead Turkey Trot takes place on November 26, 2026, in Hampstead, New Hampshire, with the start and finish at St. Anne's Church. The event is a 5K community run and walk that follows a local loop: east on Emerson Avenue, left on Randall Road, left on Sawyer, left on Wash Pond, then back on Emerson Avenue to the church.
Online registration opens August 29, 2026 and closes November 25, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Registration fees during that period are $20 for children ages 5 to 17 and for senior citizens 62 and older, and $25 for adults ages 18 to 61. Day of race registration is available at the Hampstead Meeting House; day of prices increase by $5 and cash or checks payable to Hampstead Recreation are accepted. To receive a race t-shirt, registration must be received by November 1, 2026; later registrants and day of registrants do not receive a t-shirt.
Two water stations are provided on the course, at Emerson Avenue and at the Sawyer and Randall corner. Age group awards and finisher medals are offered with divisions for male and female 5–10, 11–14, 15–17, 18–40, 41–61, and senior male 62+ and senior female 62+. Leashed animals and strollers are permitted; bicycles are not. Non-perishable food will be collected for the St. Anne's Food Bank. All participants run or walk at their own risk.
