hall-EAU-ween 5K
The hall-EAU-ween 5K is an untimed, family friendly Halloween run and walk held in Eau Claire, Wisconsin on October 30, 2026. The event emphasizes costumes and festive elements, with spooky areas along the course and a costume contest that awards prizes.
The course starts at Forest Street Gardens and finishes in Phoenix Park. The route is described as dark in places, so participants are advised to bring a flashlight or headlamp to navigate safely. Walkers are welcome and strollers are allowed; dogs are not permitted for this event.
Registration includes a finisher medal and a black-and-white checkered hall-EAU-ween blanket. A virtual participation option is available and includes the same finisher swag. The event does not offer refunds or deferrals. If a child rides in a stroller and should receive swag or a medal, that child must be registered individually.
Parking options include street parking or the North Barstow Parking Ramp. The hall-EAU-ween 5K is part of the ECM 5K Race Series; participating in or volunteering at all four series events qualifies for the series chair award. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
