hall-EAU-ween 5K
The hall-EAU-ween 5K is a five kilometer road race held as part of the Eau Claire Marathon race weekend and the ECM 5K Race Series. The event takes place in Eau Claire, Wisconsin on Friday October 23, 2026 and includes race resources such as a course map, race day details, bib perks, a costume contest, packet pick up, and race photos.
Costumes are encouraged but not required. Prizes will be awarded for crowd favorite costumes in multiple categories. The course includes intentionally spooky areas.
Dogs are not allowed in this event. Strollers are permitted. If a child rides in a stroller and the participant wants race swag or a medal for that child, the child must be registered individually; no registration is required if the child does not want swag or a medal. There is no separate kids race connected to this event. Other 5K events in the series offer different formats, including a dog run and dedicated kids races.
